First, on February 1st, City Council will be resuming receiving presentations for ARPA funding, per Terre Foods

Now, items that were voted on on February 1st or March 2024 are as follows:

  1. Special Ordinance 4, 2024 = Vacating a portion of 28th Street located at 2736 Ft Harrison Road
    [this is basically a driveway to a house on Fort Harrison]
  2. The following legislation are together for a new Lead Inspector position in the city’s Engineering department:
    1. Special Ordinance 5, 2024 = Amending Special Ordinance 19, 2023, City Hall Salaries
    2. Appropriation 3, 2024 = $90,640.86 from Engineering N/R #0292-0042 to Lead Inspector (Engineering N/R0, #0292-0042-01-412174 for $62,307.69, to Employer Group Health, #0292-0042-01-413030 for $16,511.40, to Employer Social Security, #0292-0042-01-413010 for $3,863.08, to Employer Medicare, #0292-0042-01-413020 for $903.46, to Employer Life Insurance, #0292-0042-01-413050 for $76.77, and to Employer PERF, #0292-0042-01-413060 for $6,978.46
