First, items that are to be discussed and/or voted on on June 6^th or on July 11^th are as follows:

1. First, a few items that were tabled in May:
   9. Special Ordinance 15, 2024 = Authorizing Payment In Lieu Of Taxes (PILOT) for River Valley Apartments LLC
      [This was tabled back on April 11 and May 9. This is going to be a PILOT program for a low-income housing project just south of Harrison’s Crossing Health Campus on N. 4^th Street, close to Union Hospital’s campus]
   10. Appropriation 25, 2024 = $250,000.00 from ARPA #0199 to Goodwill Excel Center, #0199-0006-03-439409
       [possible red flag; charter school program for adults. Tabled at May 2 meeting]
   11. General Ordinance 4, 2024 = Amending City Code, Chapter 7, Article 2, Responsible Bidder
       [This was tabled at the May 9 meeting. This would re-establish a responsible bidder ordinance in Terre Haute for public works jobs over $150K]
2. Appropriation 28, 2024 = $1,000,000.00 from Community Crossings Grant #0492 to Paving, #0492-0000-03-432105
   [self explanatory; this is for street paving]
3. Appropriation 29, 2024 = $9,000.00 from Clerks Record Perpetuation #0236 to Services Contractual, #0236-0026-03-432010
   [this is for unknown services in the City Clerk’s office]
4. General Ordinance 6, 2024 = Amending City Code, Chapter 1, Section 1-13, City Flag
   [this is for official recognition of the new city flag that was recently voted on]
5. General Ordinance 7, 2024 = Amending City Code, Chapter 9, Article 7, Sections 9-130 through 9-151, Illicit Connections and Discharge Regulations and Chapter 9, Article 8, Sections 9-160 through 9-181, Construction Site and Post-Construction Site Stormwater Control
   [this is a new set of guidelines proposed by EPA (to be administered by IDEM) managing illicit discharges into the city’s stormwater system]
6. General Ordinance 8, 2024 = Amending City Code, Chapter 8, Section 8-110, Penalty- Parking Violations
   [would hike up the fine for parking from $10-15 to $25-35, but lengthen the time to pay said fine from 5 day to 10 days]
7. General Ordinance 9, 2024 = Amending City Code, Chapter 2, Article 6, Section 2-65, Human Relations Commission
   [this is (possibly) a proposal from Terre Haute 10 for Equitable Educational Outcomes, amending the existing Human Relations Commissions statute. I’ve read this proposal…sadly, there quite a few red flags in this that I’ll get into soon]
8. Resolution 14, 2024 = Transfer of $100,000.00 in the EDIT #0404-0096 Budget
   [this is a request from city’s department of Redevelopment for more money towards “land acquisition”]
